Palsbook is a social media platform operated by a private individual (“we”, “us”, or “Palsbook”).

By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Palsbook allows users to post content, including text, images, videos, links, and messages (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your content.
By posting content, you grant Palsbook a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for operating the service.
You are solely responsible for the content you post.
We do not endorse or verify user-generated content.
You may not use Palsbook to post or engage in content or behavior that is:
Illegal under Swedish or EU law
Hate speech, harassment, threats, or abuse
Discriminatory based on protected characteristics
Sexually explicit or pornographic
Violent or encouraging harm
Misleading, fraudulent, or scam-related
Spam or unauthorized advertising
Infringing intellectual property rights
Invasive of others’ privacy
We reserve the right to remove content, restrict visibility, or ban users at our discretion.
Users may create and manage groups.
In the future, groups or users may be allowed to place advertisements for a fee.
Any future advertising features will be governed by additional terms.
Palsbook processes personal data in accordance with EU GDPR.
We act as the Data Controller

your rights (access, erasure, correction, portability, objection)
By using Palsbook, you acknowledge that your data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
You may delete your account and content through available tools or by request.

Palsbook is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Palsbook is not liable for user-generated content
Palsbook is not responsible for interactions between users
Palsbook is not liable for data loss, downtime, or service interruptions
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited under EU law.

You may stop using the service at any time.
